The CPPO Youth Initiative Program
The goal of each CPPO assembly is to help students better understand the responsibility of the police in the community and to help police familiarize themselves more with the youngsters.
The young people of our community are the future. Now is an important junction of time that is critical to tap into and collectively work to improve understanding of the NYPD and how to build trusting relations with the youth in our community.
We have designed our two hour program to be small enough to provide real interpersonal connection to the students. Our team includes a CPPO lead facilitator who is a retired NYPD officer, a CPPO Board Member and two on duty NYPD officers from your local precinct.
Our current programs are specifically designed for middle & high school students:
CPPO Full School Program Package
The CPPO Full School Program provides a week long residency of the CPPO Team effectively addressing critical issues in our community.
We grow to serve the entire inner-city community and police department of NYC.
